Minimum Order
First time order minimum is $200 USD.
Reorder minimum is $150 USD.
MSRP / Pricing
We kindly ask that all products be sold at our MSRP.
Payment
All orders placed directly through our order form will receive an invoice.
If you are ordering for the first time, we ask that your accept and pay your invoice within 7 days of invoice receipt.
If you are reordering, please reach out if you are interested in alternate payment terms.
Shipping
Orders will be processed and shipped in the order in which they are received.
Orders placed directly are expected to ship in 11–21 business days, but this is subject to change.
We will notify you if a backorder or delay is expected to impact your lead time.
Returns, Damage, or Missing Items or Orders
We do not accept returns.
For damaged orders, please email any inquiries to wholesale@melandrel.com. We ask all reports be made within 7 days of expected delivery.
If your entire order is missing, please wait at least 24 hours after the order tracking is marked as delivered, as sometimes delivery dates are marked early. If you still have not received your order, please email wholesale@melandrel.com.
For any order eligible for a refund, we will assess and notify you if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Selling
All products sold are expected to be resold via the original sales channel with which you opened your wholesale account (in person/online).
If you plan on selling our product in a store/location that is NOT on your wholesale account, please let us know.
Selling of our products on other third-party marketplaces (e.g. Amazon, ebay, Facebook Marketplace, Etsy, etc.) is strictly forbidden. Failure to follow these terms may result in the termination of your wholesale account.
Our products should be sold as-is, do not bundle or split items from their original packaging.
Our products should be sold direct to consumer, and not in bulk for resale.
International Orders
All international shipments are sent DAP (Delivered At Place); the buyer is the importer of record and is responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, and fees upon delivery.
When ordering on Faire, we default to Faire’s terms and policies.
Exclusivity
We do our best to avoid stocking our products in physical locations that are too close to one another.
If you are interested in zip code exclusivity, please reach out to us at wholesale@melandrel.com or send a request through Faire. Exclusivity terms can vary by region.

Copyright
All of our designs are our intellectual property and protected by international rights of copyright. You may not alter or remove our logo, alter our designs or packaging, reuse or remove any trademarks, or alter any other identifying marks of our products.
If you’re selling our products within your online store, our brand name must always be included either within the product title or the item description.
Platform-specific Terms
For orders not placed directly through Mel Andrel (e.g. Faire, Bulletin), all third-party order policies will apply in place of the policies outlined above.
